I work at an exercise center for people with Parkinson's disease and we recently had a family who sang very high praises for Advanced. They felt pleased with the information provided to them at the start of services as well as throughout their entire care process, sung high praises of the team that they got to work with, and had an overall great experience.

The care from PT and OT was great, caring with. They made sure she had a rest between the 2 visits, with Physical Therapy on one incident, her blood pressure was low and the Nurse came out within 30 minutes. Physical therapy stayed with her til nurse assessed her and realized it was the pain med along with exertion. That's what Home Health is all about. I will say they went above and beyond their duty. That speaks volume, compassion and loyalty. Now I also have to Mention the greatest individual at Advanced Home Health is Courtney. I was worried about Mom's insurance, Courtney said you have enough to worry with. She had no idea what an Angel she is in the Home Health and Health care sector. With her God given talent for compassion, her love for her community and for her patients and families, We call that a Diamond. She always helps her friends. Family etc. I know I could go on and on, but the rest of Advanced Home Health deserve big shout out and a hug for their love and compassion. Thank you Courtney and Advanced Home Health.

Advanced Hospice was such a blessing to us. We weren’t happy with where my sister was living and needed her to have better care and this group especially Grace were angels. Communicated every day, gave her nice quiet loving care which she loved. She enjoyed their company and looked forward to having her new friends come visit and never gave her pain. We knew we could trust them alone to not only take care of her but us also.

We couldn't have asked for better hospice care especially since we were caring for our loved on long distance. From the start communications were strong, care was very well organized, compassionate, and thorough. As a family we felt heard and seen and we could rest in knowing our loved one was in the best hands possible. Nurse Grace and Chaplain Paul were true standouts- angels in disguise.

Our mother passed away about three weeks ago, and we were very fortunate to have the services of Advanced Home Health & Hospice of Kansas City. Our mom had been on and off hospice with some other organizations for many years until we fairly recently started with AHHHKC. Their director Jennifer was super helpful and responsive to all of our questions throughout the process as we took over care for our mother after our father passed away late last spring. Jessica was absolutely fabulous taking care of our mother, showing her the kind of care and attention that we wished we could have given our mom ourselves. She took the time to check in with us regularly with texts and phone calls (even on the weekends sometimes) letting us know of any changes in our mother's condition. Jessica always gave very thorough explanations of what was happening to our mom in the very natural process of dying, making us feel at ease. She arranged a lovely birthday party a few months ago with cake and balloons, making our mom feel special. When the time came, Jessica was there every step of the way to comfort our mom and us. We were also grateful to have Madison step in during our mom's last moments and be with her until we could join her. Finally, we are grateful for their hospice chaplain Gail who gave us encouraging words and support on our mother's last day, and who also arranged to have a Catholic priest come out on very short notice and administer the last rites that our mother would have wanted. Thank you Advanced Home Health & Hospice for giving our mother and family the most dignified and compassionate care. We truly appreciate you.
