The facility is nice enough however the environment was extremely hostile. I wasn’t there for half an hour & one of the staff threatened me & my girlfriend (who had nothing to do with it) that if I didn’t eat in the dining room I would receive poor care & bad things can happen to me if I don’t do what she says. The lady made good on her promise & everything spiraled downhill from there & despite my notifying management who actually condoned her behavior the woman continued to approach me & make me uncomfortable although I was told she would be working in a different wing. My visit was voluntary as I was there to recover from an extensive foot surgery, not to be watched over & housed in a prison type atmosphere. Their brochures at the hospitals show an exquisite menu of steak & shrimp which is far from the truth. I am a large person (230 lbs) in good health & being served one egg with one strip of bacon & a half piece of toast is not enough nourishment or sustainable for me. I had expected to be there for 3-4 weeks & barely made it 3-4 days before I couldn’t take the pressure of the prison type atmosphere & they continuously got my medications confused & with management coming into my room daily, searching through my personal belongings it became unbearable. The Director of Nursing tried to be accommodating and she was the only reason I lasted as long as I did. She did try to get me served sustainable portions but that didn’t last long. This was not a rehabilitating visit as I feel they did everything possible to make me leave & they succeeded. I was ran out of there & forced to spend the rest of my recovery living alone in a three story home is regretful & not conducive with the extent of my 5 hour surgery to try to salvage my foot & I thoroughly regret choosing them but that fake menu was irresistible.

Friendly, professional, understanding, with a comfortable atmosphere. Mom stayed about 10 days. Food was excellent & individual rooms were homey enough for her. Her physical therapy was great! All employees were top notch. Thank you for taking good care of our Mom.

Our family had an absolutely extraordinary experience with this center and their staff. They provided excellent support and therapeutic services for my aunt. When we dealt with several significant challenges, the staff went above and beyond and really advocated for my aunt under very difficult circumstances. I want to particularly express our appreciation for the charge nurse Jen Sherman and discharge planner Julie Jordan -- both of whom were amazing and even made themselves available to us after hours. I cannot recommend the staff and this center highly enough. Thank you all for your heroic work on behalf of my aunt and our family. Truly.

My unexpected stay at this facility for 28 days was amazing in all aspects. From the care given, to the wonderful nurses, therapists and staff. Even the food was good! Quite honestly, I didn't want to leave! :). My family tried to crawl in bed and take my place because it was such wonderful treatment. I can't say enough. The smiles and kindness will remembered. Thanks so much, Paulette Anderson, broken leg person...but always happy.
