This place is garbage. They showed up late, had no information with them that was provided via the referral, and did a terrible job dressing my mother in laws wound, then refused to come back to correct it. As a result the wound started seeping. The director Lisa refused to provide service. Do not employ this service as they will not provide any service.

Extremely poor communication and dangerous delays in care. Advance Home Health was assigned to arrange urgent in-home services for my mother after discharge, but despite repeated calls and providing her updated address and my contact information, they failed to schedule any care. They continued contacting her old phone number and never followed through on promised callbacks. My mother has a serious bed sore and possible infection, and because of their inaction we were forced to pay $500 out of pocket for a mobile doctor just to get basic evaluation and referrals. This level of negligence and lack of urgency is unacceptable when a patient’s health is at risk.
