My husband is disabled and had this facility to help care for his wound care. They call either the day before or the day of their visit so there's no planning ahead on their part. Some of their nurses are skilled in diabetic wound care, while others are not, however, every missed visit counts against the patient. Their nurses (not their facility) will call and let you know they are coming, however, if you miss their call, there are no messages left and no indication that the strange and unfamiliar number that called is from the facility (which also counts against you). I will not recommend this facility at all. They will just discharge you without notice (written, telephonic, email or otherwise). The communication between facility and patient is extremely lacking.

I have been receiving PT, OT & Nursing services in my ho.e since December 13, 2021. Everyone that has come to my home, Bess, Erica, Zach, Christina, Jourdan, Jeff and several others, has been kind, caring professional and helpful. I am improving thanks to their help. The office staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would recommend, without hesitation and with complete confidence , SunCrest Home Health to anyone.

The home health nurse was rude, not helpful, and extremely unprofessional to the patient and his family. I wish we had gone with another home healthcare agency. The end result is that it was waste of time and money. My family is throughly disgusted by SunCrest, and will never recommend them to anyone who needs home health.
