Wouldn't ever use them again, never treated the issue. Nobody read the chart to see why therapy was needed, nobody calls back. PT was rude and condescending when my mother said exercises were not treating original issue, but aggrevating others. NOT professional. OT was a really nice guy and accommodating however not the person we needed.

My mother's insurance company -- Kaiser -- contracts with these people, and they're awful to work with (no surprise -- Kaiser contracts with the lowest of the low in order to cut corners). This is how it goes, every time. Someone named Jennifer calls us to tell us that my mom will receive a certain amount of care, and that the nurses, therapists, etc, will be calling us to set up a first appointment. Then they never come, or rarely come, or barely do anything when they come. On one prior occasion when my mom needed service, the nurse canceled multiple times because her children had school activities she just couldn't miss. She showed up finally for a few visits where all she did was take my mom's blood pressure. On the most recent occasion, the physical therapist showed up with no appointment at all and became indignant that my barely mobile 80 year old mom wasn't dressed and ready to go at 9 in the morning. The occupational therapist came for her initial evaluation and said she would be back next week. We never saw or heard from her again. Now we have to work with Revival a 3rd time. The nurse was supposed to come today between 1-4 pm. At 4:30ish, Jennifer called to say the nurse couldn't come because he locked his keys in his car and he would like to come tomorrow morning. I naturally asked, "what time?" and of course Jennifer could not tell me. She said she would call back and now here we are an hour later, and I have no call back. Interestingly, a Kaiser case manager warned me on the phone earlier today to make sure I keep careful records of appointments and only sign off for visits that actually occur because the agency may try to short her visits she is entitled to. Wow. Kaiser knows this happens, and yet they still contract with these people. This is totally unacceptable.

Excellent service! My mother is receiving physical and occupational therapy from Revival Homecare and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we have received. All of the therapists who have visited us have given excellent care and show great concern for my mother. All of the therapists have such terrific personalities and feel like family! We actually look forward to their visits and will truly miss them when therapy is over.

Revival home care is an excellent company. The service they provide is out standing. The whole team, pt, OT and speech therapy cooperate to give a unique service to my father. The customer service team is very friendly and respond fast.

My family was referred here through the hospital and the level of treatment received was the worst ever. The Nurse and PT were inexperienced and rushing every visitation. My understanding was it will be 1 hour per visit, more like 10-12 minutes. Office management is not supportive. On several occasions we had different clinicians from different companies contracted with Revival in our home and they had no idea what they were doing. I DON'T RECOMMEND REVIVAL to any person needing Nursing or Physical Therapy.
