If I could rate this place it would be a Flat 0 I was recommended this place after my ileostomy surgery, but this place is a joke For one my “nurse” said my bag wasn’t leaking the next day I had no choice but to change it I was in so much pain I went to my other stoma nurse that saw me first an she said it was leaking an I had started to have a fungal infection! This place nurse claimed it was “gravity” . They were supposed to order me bags an more but I only got wafers I would not trust or recommend this company! my nurse an she had another client texting her she stated she don’t answer , like what if it was a stoma emergency it states on their card to contact them first. The nurses boss contacted me bc I was not happy an she blew me off at this point I canceled all care with them . I now go to Charlotta novant for my stoma nurse I love going there! I get the best care
