Assisted Living Locators Los Angeles was the best call I made when trying to find a place for my parents. Laura asked me questions about my parents, what they like, what are they looking for in a senior living community but she also gave tips and extremely helpful advice on how to make the transition easier. She also referred me to resources to physically make the move. Couldn't have done it without her. And she is the kindest, most caring and compassionate person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I can't recommend Laura at Assisted Living Locators enough. We first connected with Laura back in August 2024, and what really stood out was her incredible patience throughout the entire process. Finding the right place for our 81-year-old father wasn’t quick or easy, but Laura never rushed us and supported us every step of the way. Thanks to her guidance, we were finally able to find the right fit for him at Oakmont of Orange just last week. And if you're like us where you're thrust into this situation of navigating senior living options, Laura helped us understand the nuances between the different communities and helped us navigate options we wouldn’t have known how to evaluate on our own. Beyond that, her kindness and genuine understanding made a difficult and emotional process much more manageable. She really takes the time to listen and cares deeply about the families she works with. She also has an amazing network. She seems to know everyone at every accredited facility and can book tours quickly and efficiently! We’re incredibly grateful for her help and would highly recommend Laura to anyone looking for support in finding the right assisted living solution for a loved one.

When my mom needed to be placed in assisted living, it was a complete and overwhelming surprise and it was a total lifesaver to have found Laura. She had a thorough understanding of all our options and was incredibly informed and compassionate in helping us finding the right place very quickly. She accompanied me to all the communities and was able to tell me detailed pros and cons of each place based on feedback from her clients. She was even able to get us a great deal on the place we chose, saving us many thousands of dollars on the initial community fee. I can't recommend her highly enough!
