Moving Mom to Addington Place was the best decision we have made for our mother's care. In particular, I'd like to give a shout out to Kim K. for helping me navigate Mom's long-term care insurance. She is always kind and helpful, even when I bug her ten times in one day. 😊 She reflects the entire staff at Addington Place and everyone there are truly careGIVERS in every sense of the word.

This is a vibrant caring community in the heart of Johns Creek. Lots to do plus delicious meals. The staff is amazing with all they do for their residents. It is a great value.

The team at Addington Place is friendly, compassionate and helpful at every turn. They provide a warm, welcoming environment to their residents and their guests. The building is clean, tidy and well kept and they provide entertaining activities for the residents. Their leadership and care team is thorough and communicates well with their care partners as well.

We did write to Richard as well as other senior level and junior level management on 12/2/2025 and have not heard back from any of the five people we contacted.<br>In our correspondence we included all the current economic data including the CPI of 3.0%, Assisted Living Facilities 2026 average increase of 4.2%, Senior Living Rent increases of around 3%-4%, Labor cost increases of 3.8%, Food price increases of 3.0%, and Commercial Insurance rate increase of 3.8%.<br>These all average to a rate increase of 2.2%-4.0%, not the 9.2%-9.7% increase their investors are imposing.<br>We have not heard anything from anyone.
