I found this amazing place by contacting the Passaro Group. I moved my wheelchair-bound mom from Oklahoma directly to Active which required a lot of planning. Candice at Active was so helpful and flexible in getting my mom admitted. Candice and the entire staff were all so kind and caring - going out of their way to make my mom as comfortable as possible. Home cooked meals are prepared daily and Candice purchased some food items specifically for my mom when she learned that my mom was lactose intolerant. My mom ended up going into hospice care at Active. Not having to move her again was such a blessing to us as she was already familiar with the home and the staff. I toured several other facilities and Active was the only one that truly felt like a home. It was exceptionally clean and the clearly meant to feel private and peaceful. Truly a blessing during an otherwise difficult time!
