my daughter was sent here, she has made good progress, friendly staff, good care

Our mother was a resident at Accura in Cresco for almost 2 years, and previously for almost a year. ALL the staff was so kind - from Nursing, housekeeping, laundry, PT, dietary, activities, janitorial etc. No request was ever too hard. Staff would stop in and just visit with Mom. We were with our Mom almost every day, and nothing went un-noticed. They made sure she went to activities, walked, snacks etc. We would take her out, and she was ready to go back as she felt very comfortable! As a family, we never had "second thoughts"! Mom's care was 'caring' up to her passing. Sincere thank you to all your work - especially behind the scenes!
