Their STNA attacked me and no one was around to help me, then made false witnesses to put a ban on me from being able to visit my child in this nursing home, nearly 6 months now. Prior to this they consistently complained that I visited too often and that my daughter was fine with them .They also refuse to assist me to find another place so that I can be able to visit her. I have been denied all holidays or visitation of any kind with my child bc of lies and the lack of care to relocate my child to a place that I am allowed to go since they have put a property ban on me. If you visit your loved one too often, you will receive their resistance and they are good at their game. They've been doing it for years to all others. Look at the reviews, notice the fake reviews are so obvious. They are allowed to put a property ban. They do not need to have a reason they are allowed to do it. The STNA that attacked me has a history of abusing other clients and terminated from another facility from abusing an elderly man, and most likely others. She was hired here knowingly she was terminated for aggravated abuse on an elderly man, and his belongings also admittedly laughing and disrespecting the ombudsman that was investigating. Before I was banned from this property, I witnessed a new hire that I knew from another facility in office that denied one of our Vietnam vets, a cookie or a bag of popcorn because he didn't have enough money in his commissary. These people switch jobs within these facilities and none of them deserve to be working with ourdearly loved ones that are not able to explain what's going on to them for whatever reason. These places don't care who they hire. Our loved ones are at their risks. There is no love in these places. No matter what they tell you. They are good at lying in our faces. I also asked on my daughter's behalf that only female clean my daughter, I have told/seen male nurses and stna's continue to clean my daughter's personal hygiene alone in the room with her. They also continue to ignore my daughter when she has seizure activity. When I was able to see her, they would ask if I wanted her to go to the ER from having a seizure. Now that I can't be there they just ignore her and I can tell she's had seizures. I can see a decline. They refuse to answer my questions of any thing. Become very angry/short with me, rudely call my name and ask if I am done.Knowing she has no voice to tell and I am not there, they now ignore her, totally. They have stopped responding to her seizures in any way. Now whenever I have Zoom meetings with my child, they sedate my baby so she cannot communicate with her eye patterns and movements. They've also denied her of her communication board which they continuously said they will make sure she gets. Medicaid clarified that she is able to receive. When I call to ask why she is not getting palliative care the nursing home said they did not know, when I contacted the palliative care company, they told me that the nursing home told them I didn't want it anymore, which is an outright lie. My daughter is hostage. My daughter is denied to communicate with her family my daughter cannot stay awake. She tries to look at me and falls asleep immediately. They also deny this. She is supposed to wear a trache mask on her stoma and I have endless photos of it never being on her stoma so that she can receive her oxygen and when I mention this to the nurses they scream at me and tell me I cannot see it. Well I have multiple photos and when you zoom in on the photo you can see is clearly not placed. My daughter is clearly sweaty, sad, neglected and aggravated, with no family to visit or speak because they have kept us away and refuse to let her come home or even rehome her to another location to my suggestions since April 9th. I have tried to get her out of there and asked her to be home since November of 2024 and they only have excuses . Be careful. Please be careful they cover their lies and their backs to keep their well-paid jobs. Our loved ones are not loved in these nursing homes.

The staff is amazing! They treat my dad like he is their family too! They always make sure he’s getting his meals and they are including him in activities, which is very important because my dad is nonverbal, for the most part. They keep him safe and they help him when he can’t make good decisions for himself. It broke our hearts to find a place for him, like we failed him, but what really helps is we know he is safe, where he wasn’t at home! He is happy, smiling, and laughing… we are so blessed to have this facility and all its employees in our lives. They are so very wonderful!

I have been in healthcare for 12 years! This facility is the worst place I have ever stepped foot in. If you are a healthcare professional this place is a risk to your license. If your family member is here 911 them out until you can get them better placement. I voiced my concerns to the DON and the administrator and the marketing manager I told them every single person in this building should be 911 out because you don’t have adequate ability to care for these people. This facility should be shut down.
