The 2 nurses who cared for me were exceptional working with me considering my issue was not in their norm. However, the administration is probably the worst I have ever in my adult and professional life I have ever seen. Lack of communication, lack of completion of insurance docs and their ballooned ego thinking they know the guidelines of the insurance companies causing continues battle of them trying to drop me and me having to pull the insurance case worker in to deal with their ignorance to keep my health services. The nurses were so overbooked and had no clue of their schedules sometimes up to the evening the night before they were to come . They were too order needed supplies which did not happen to the point I had to go to the hospital wound care unit to get supplies until I could get the necessities delivered. I definitely would not recommend the company to anyone unless your bored and just have fun with challenges.

The nurses are good, their bosses not so. I understand why they had to drop me. But it was their job to set me up with my supplies with the companies. I was told this by a young lady to try to get my supplies. I now have to go to my PCP for her help. I was going to fight them dropping me. However what better way but social media. So people can read how unprofessional the company is.
