Bartell Place Senior Residence is senior housing located in Junction City, Kansas, serving residents 62 years of age or older, as well as individuals who are handicapped or disabled regardless of age.

The community occupies a historic building originally opened in 1880 as a luxury hotel. After facing demolition in the late 1990s, the structure was rehabilitated and converted into senior housing in 2008 by Homestead, earning the Excellence Medallion from the Kansas Preservation Alliance for the quality of its restoration.
