During a very difficult time as my mother navigates end-stage cancer, she made us feel supported, heard, and genuinely cared for. The intake process was one of the most thorough and professional experiences I have ever encountered. Meirilin took the time to understand not only my mother's care needs, but also her personality, preferences, and the unique dynamics of our household.<br><br>I was especially impressed by how carefully they matched us with a caregiver. The caregiver assigned to my mother has been wonderful- experienced, capable, compassionate, and fluent in Spanish, which was very important to my mother. What stood out most was that the caregiver arrived already fully informed about our expectations, routines, and concerns because Meirilin and her team had communicated everything so thoroughly. I had the opportunity to work closely with this agency while coordinating care for a client requiring 24-hr support. The team was responsive, organized, and consistently communicated well throughout a complex situation. Caregivers were compassionate, attentive, and respectful, providing care with dignity during a very sensitive time. Staffing was handled efficiently, and they were able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Overall, a reliable agency that I would feel comfortable working with again.
