My second caregiver quit in under 2 months. I was totally ignored for the previous 4 months with no caregiver at all. Since my services are provided through wacog, there is no other choice. I've had 5 caregivers and 2 were a disaster. The office hasn't called me and I only found out the ladies quite because they told me themselves. I've been lied to repeatedly and called a liar by the manager. It's horrible to need help and to be treated like this.
