The management at this company is atrocious! They do not care about their patients and they do not care about their caregivers. The customer service is atrocious. They do not return calls. They are not responsible if they drop the ball. They make no effort to correct their mistakes. If you can possibly use anybody else for your loved ones care, please use someone else.

Horrible Service, nurses are unreliable and barely keep appointments..almost died in their care due to neglect…stay far away from them very unprofessional and inconsistent

We enlisted AccentCare Buford to provide OT, PT for my father. There was no communication from them even after it was requested. Any call I made to the office was treated as an annoyance. I explained that as his POA, I needed updates. I received none. I eventually learned that they recorded my father refused OT. My father has never once refused therapy! I challenged that notation when I learned of it and they didn't care. My father transitioned to memory care and they would not update me. I eventually found out that services were not being provided or had expired. I was told there were notes in his room. The only document I found was a signed "Notice of Medical Non-Coverage" dated 3/5/26. It was not my father's signature! It was not my signature! My father was a resident of memory care and no longer able to sign his own name on 3/5. So who signed it? Choose elsewhere.
