Is there a number less than ZERO? Because that is what I would give this company. They were charged with taking care of my mothers palliative care after surgery and either couldn't or WOULDN'T even order her supplies. Lies about insurance denials, claims of work done that never was, inability to track or keep appointments. We fired them after 2 weeks when my mother ran out of supplies and we had to buy them from amazon out of pocket. INEPT, INCOMPETENT, DECEITFUL or all 3. The choice is yours.

My mother had an incident and can no longer live alone, she is living with me now because we don't have other options. Jaime from Accent Care was great! I don't have experience in this. Jaime helped me get medications when CVS pharmacy were being very difficult. She helped me go over mom's medications, discussed how to improve the home situation to improve results for Mom, helped with a couple of minor rashes and she even gave me more information about Mom's medical state and prognosis in the hospital than I actually got from the hospital. Also both their OT and PT practitioners so far have been very communicative

Let me tell you about an amazing RN home care nurse named Mike. Mike cares for my 103yrs old Grandma. My grandma was in the hospital back in April and ended up getting some sores. Mike went above and beyond to help my grandma Hazel. Mike told me above a wash and a spray I could use that would help heal my grandma sores. No other nurses ever told me about this wash. I'm guessing because my insurance didn't cover it. I still think they should of told me so I would of known there was something more I could do to help her. Anything I have ever needed he made she he ordered it and everything was always on time. Mike truly cares about his patients. If it wasn't for his teaching and showing how to do things I would of lost my grandma months ago. This is more then just a job for Mike it is his passion caring for other's. He is truly a miracle worker I am Thankful my 103yr old Grandma has him...I hope Oxburo recognizes Mike for how he cares for his patients and how passionate he is for his work. I wish there was hundreds of Mike's in our world because he truly makes a difference in people's life's. Thank you Mike 😊
