If I could give no stars I would. I don't usually post reviews or take the time post reviews, but the horrible communication and service I received when trying to get my home health set up was awful. I wasn't ever able to get my home health set up and they tried to place the blame on me, when their staff is who dropped the ball and FAILED to follow-through and communicate with me. Absolute WORST experience with trying to receive the necessary medical services required!!

I recently had a total knee replacement in which my Doctor sent out Acacia Home Health. Cathy was my nurse and Dr. Joe was my physical therapist. I was truly blessed! They were kind, compassionate and listened to me. They educated me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I looked forward to my physical therapy and nurse care everyday! Amazing team. I reccomend this wonderful facility to everyone needing home care especially Cathy and Dr. Joe! Respectfully, Yvonne Parker

PT doesn't do a complete job. Have me scheduled for completion on Monday. Still not feeling safe walking on my feet. Still get tired easy. They do bare minimum on PT.

I have received the best care from day 1. Their staff have been very friendly from that very first moment my call was made to them letting them know my referral was on it's way. Their RN Terri came out the same afternoon to assess and treat my wound. Hands down she was GREAT, very gentle, compassionate and caring about what I am going through and the pain that I am in. NEVER did I imagine needing Home Health services (this young ;-) anyway) but finding myself in this position, I am glad I made a great choice by going with Acacia HH. I definitely recommend them to anyone seeking services for themselves or a family member.
