I am so over Absolute Home Care. They took the caregiver off today that actually knows and is familiar with my husband who is bedridden and unable to communicate and put on another new one. This is caregiver number 14!!!! Yes 14!!! 14 in just over 3 months!!!! They keep sending new untrained caregivers because they cannot keep employees. Its a shame the subpar care they are giving our veterans.

I highly recommend Absolute Home Care. There are so many organizations available I was overwhelmed trying to find the right one. Absolute was recommended each time I asked a healthcare provider for suggestions. Initially we only needed occasional choreprovider services, and I have to say it took awhile to find a good fit. I think my expectations were a bit too high for that level of care, but whenever we had an issue with a staff person it was handled appropriately. Once our needs advanced to personal care assistance, we were completely satisfied with the level of competence, compassion, and personal attention our caregivers provided. The support and oversight by the management team was outstanding; Sarah and Mandy did an exceptional job working with our frequently changing needs and overseeing the level and quality of care we received. I highly recommend this organization for anyone seeking in-home care assistance.

I was very pleased with Absolute Homecare! I was able to get a caregiver for my mom and brother with disabilities on short notice (2 days). Their caregiver was truly a godsend with such a sweet disposition. It was a relief to be able to go away for several hours and not have to worry about my loved ones.

I have a loved one who is under care through Absolute. She has been well taken care of for over 5 years now. The people we have invited into our home have been nice and professional. If there is ever an issue the office deals with it so my loved one doesn't feel uncomfortable.I especially am thankful that if someone's calls off(for illness or whatever) they always find a way to cover the shift(sometimes even sending in office staff). I've enjoyed the experiance so much that 3 years ago I actually became their employee as well. I have had no issues with them. I have dealt with other agencies that would not get all the hours covered and I had to fill in (I'm talking over 50/week one summer) I felt stranded. I have never had that feeling trusting my loved one with Absolute! Thanks Ladies!

Our family would like to thank Absolute Homecare for the wonderful care they gave our mother, Dagmar Berdan. They were very flexible and always there when we needed them. We used their services from 9/16 through 5/17. At that time Mom needed to change to hospice care. Thank you again for always helping when we called.
