Disappointing experience with Absolute Home Health Care. My husband has Parkinson's. In December 2025 he was admitted to the hospital and released to Wellbridge of Fenton. Wellbridge set up therapy for him through Absolute. My husband has been receiving home therapy since that time. Approximately two weeks ago I was informed that my husband would be discharged from therapy due to insurance restrictions by Mike. At this time he informed me that we could continue home care through his private company or seek treatment at a facility. Home care would cost $200 + per session. I immediately, after his visit contacted our insurance company, BCBS of Michigan, who informed me that he has unlimited therapy. Today my husband was scheduled for an appointment between 2 & 3pm. No one showed, but I received a call from Mike informing me that due to an insurance issue he is discharging him from therapy! My husband has only regressed since his hospitalization in December. He struggles to reach the bathroom and kitchen from the living room. He averages 1 to 2 falls a day and this company states he no longer needs therapy. I'm "ABSOLUTE"ly flabbergasted by the practices of this supposed therapy care. I should have done more research on the company I hired to "take care" of my husband. Disappointed, Denise King

I received from Absolute Home Health superb home patient physical therapy following a knee replacement surgery. Both Kim and Zach were punctual, personable, and highly professional. I can’t imagine the care could have been better. First rate!

Paula PT is awesome she has been with me since the beginning of my knee surgery. She called me to keep in contact as decision were made on my progress and PT arrangements to be made. Finally meeting Paula was a pleasure on a Sunday no less. Amanda came to give me my beginning PT sessions. She was very helpful, friendly, and very professional. She walked me thru my exercises. And followed thru. Paula came back to take care of continued PT and discharge. My PT was very thorough and with care.

Amanda was fantastic! I can’t really say anything that could describe her better. She knows her stuff & definitely helped to get me up and around soon after surgery. Following her lead, I actually felt much better after stretching and following her exercise regiment. That does not mean it didn’t hurt, but her approach and kindness kept me wanting to move freely. I start outpatient in a few days and will surely miss her visits twice weekly. Thanks again Amanda, Kim and Absolute for the excellent service.
