As senior care provider I do not recommend. I do not even still understand how my mother got hooked up with this company, but I will tell you they do not help her shower clean her house do anything. 99% of the time they’re sitting in their chair playing on their phone I actually had to privately pay someone to come in and clean my mother‘s house. I live further away and when I came in, I could not believe what was going on.

We had a very frustrating experience with this agency. Some caregivers spent a large amount of time on their phones instead of focusing on the patient, which was very concerning to see. Communication was also a major issue. Caregivers were sent who could not effectively communicate with the client, making it difficult to understand needs, routines, or basic requests. In home care, clear communication is essential for safety and comfort, and that was missing. There were also moments where interactions felt dismissive and unprofessional when questions were asked. Overall, the level of attention and professionalism did not match what families expect when trusting someone with a loved one’s care. Would not recommend.

We trusted this agency to help care for our family member and instead it created more stress than help. Caregivers often arrived without knowing the routine, and every visit felt like starting over from zero. Calls to the office rarely led to real solutions — lots of promises, little follow-through. Instead of reassurance, we were left constantly checking that basic needs were actually being handled. For a service that families depend on daily, the lack of consistency and accountability was extremely concerning. We ended up finding other care because we could not rely on this agency.

A close friend of mine worked for this agency and shared very troubling experiences. They were often sent to cases without being properly oriented to the patient’s care plan, medications, or important directives. In one situation they were not informed of Code status ahead of time, which is critical information for any caregiver to know. They also reported being placed in uncomfortable situations with clients and felt the office did not take their concerns seriously or provide support. Instead of addressing the issues, they were expected to continue the assignment. Working in home care requires clear communication and preparation so both the caregiver and patient are safe. From what I was told, the lack of guidance and follow-through created stressful situations that could put everyone in a difficult position. Based on what I heard, I would be cautious when considering this agency for employment or care.

Hiring this agency was supposed to take pressure off our family, but instead it added a whole new level of stress we didn’t sign up for. We had to double-check everything, stay on high alert, and basically supervise the people we were paying to provide care. At that point, what exactly are we paying for? There was zero consistency. Every concern was met with the same “we’ll handle it” speech, yet somehow the same issues kept repeating like a bad rerun. Promises were made, problems stayed. It honestly felt like we were managing the care ourselves scheduling, correcting, following up while still getting billed for “professional services.” If I wanted to run a home care agency, I would’ve opened one. Home care is supposed to bring peace of mind. Instead, this experience brought stress, frustration, and constant worry. That’s not care that’s chaos with a price tag. We would absolutely not choose this agency again, and I strongly recommend families think twice before trusting them with their loved ones.
