I’m so grateful to Ability for the wonderful care that I have received since I arrived at Cove Point. My physical therapist, Anson, is not only personable, but he is very kind and extremely efficient and I feel like he is my really friend. I have only seen Katheryn a couple of times but she was also kind and thorough. Eric has also been faithful in his visits and thorough in his visits and assessments. I would hate to see all of their visits end. Thank you again

Jennifer Montoya, RN, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is a dedicated, motivated, and compassionate nurse who consistently goes above and beyond for her patients and colleagues. Jennifer is a true go-getter who takes initiative, embraces challenges, and always strives for excellence in patient care. Her patient-centered approach, kindness, and genuine concern for the well-being of others make her an invaluable member of any healthcare team. She demonstrates exceptional clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in even the most demanding situations. Jennifer is dependable, hardworking, and highly respected by both patients and coworkers. Ability provided my Mom excellent service. The medications were adapted to fit my Mom’s changing needs and the nurses and aids were very friendly and thorough. Towards the end all were very compassionate and understanding. I would definitely use them again.

Ability is THE BEST Liz their marketer is phenomenal and always so helpful when it comes to answering questions, I’m super impressed with their staff but their Nurses Jodi and Chelsea have been gems to encounter and always treat their patients with care and respect. However their shower aid, Jackie has gone above and beyond. Multiple times in the past seven months or so I have known her. She is one of the most dedicated CNAs and anybody she cares for is lucky to have her. I’m sure all their staff is great but these people have really made an effort and it has been a treat to know them. 10/10 would recommend Ability!!
