Both my son and I are disabled and I have a lift restriction. My son is total-care and I have repeatedly been left many years for days in a row without coverage for different shifts although I presented physicians documentation for my restrictions. Always last minute notice although nurse gives notice months in advance

I usually don’t do reviews but I have to do this one. Aadvance took care of my relative. Their nurses are very professional and the office staff is awesome. Their communication with my family was great 👍
