My sister moved to Ripon Senior Living not to long ago and is very happy. She says the staff are kind to her, they respect her privacy and make sure she doesn't miss an activity. I had a meal with her one day and it was delicious and I enjoyed the other residents and they to loved the food! We are glad we made this decision.

My family member is very well taken care of and happy at Ripon Senior Living! He enjoys the food and activities. He can be a challenge at times and the staff are patient and kind to him when he struggles with himself. Best decision we made for him and us!

I would not let my already dead grandmother be taken care of by this facility who let's a matancince man slam an aide up against a door and call her the C word and not fire that man but fire a fellow employee for being the only one looking out for that aide. Just i.agine what they hide from residents family if they are willing to let this action go!!!

If I could give a negative I would. My father in law had been there a short time. We were told this is a memory care place. Not true. They told us he would be checked in on every 1/2 hour. Didn't happen. My husband and I came to visit and his bed was SOAKED. It took awhile for staff to help since they were short handed that day. We also bought him a nice chair for his room. At one point they had pads on the chair. Not sure what happened because when we moved him out, stains all over. My husband, myself, and 4 other people are on his in an emergency contact list. We were never called stating he was sent there. No one told my mother in law the day before he had a slight fever which increased due to him going to the emergency room. If they tell you they have CNA,s they dont. Very disappointed in this place. I expected the staff to treat the members there like their own family was there.

The staff are very friendly and seem very attentive to the residents. My brother is one of the residents and he is happy with the care and attention that he receives from all of the staff. They anticipate what he may need without always waiting for him to ask for assistance. They also work with him and meet his needs according to his schedule, not always what the “normal “ schedule can be in a facility. Thank you to all the staff for treating him as an individual, not just another resident.
