Shalee and McKenna helped my mother Ellen during her three months in memory care. My mom liked see them as she knee they were there help her. She also appreciated the CNA's in memory care. Katy was helpful understanding the many details involved after my mom passed away. They did not get to know my brother as passed away shortly after getting on hospice.

I found the staff at A Plus Healthcare and Home Services to be incredibly compassionate, providing the very best care for my dad during the final months of his life. We switched to A Plus after a not great experience with another hospice provider. They were wonderful for the time we needed their assistance. They came twice a day and took such good care of my grandpa. Kristy and Lilli especially. They were compassionate, informative, friendly and straightforward. It helped a difficult process become something that felt a little less stressful and even calm. We never worried about not being able to get through to someone, or wait days for requests to be delivered on. We're also grateful it was so incredibly easy to reach the after hours nurse, Rachel, and get help in the middle of the night. She was wonderful. Thank you for all your help and kindness throughout our experience.

A big thanks to A Plus Homecare Hospice. Their team did an amazing job with my mother before her passing in December 2025. Shaylee, Nurse Practioner, was very kind to her and kept the family informed about options for her treatment and what we could expect. McKenna, took care of mom's daily needs such as bathing, feeding, etc. Mom always had fantastic conversations and a hug for each of these people when they visited. Kathy, the Aftercare Estate Specialist, was invaluable to the family. There are many items we were unaware of that needed to be handled after her passing. Kathy took on some of the responsibilities to help us unravel 83 years of a life. Many thanks to this team. They are very kind and only had mom's welfare at heart.
