We are very thankful for the professionalism displayed from my initial call with the office manager, Charman! This led me to choosing A Homemade Plan to provide in-home healthcare for my mother during her time of need. The scheduling team with Erica and others were very attentive, patient and accommodating to my requests for care. The caregivers showed genuine compassion and provide excellent care of my mother up until her last moments with us. A special thank you to Paula, Isata, Kalinda, and Irene who each became friends of my mom and family and handled their responsibilities with the utmost care and professionalism.
