I’ve been with AFNB for a few months now. I haven’t had any issues with office personnel. Natasha is a great help. My problems are mainly with client’s & family members. I’m a great worker but trying to find a client that will appreciate me & respect me is hard. If you’re in need of a great worker, contact AFNB & ask for me, Shelia Nash. I promise you won’t regret it!!

This is my own experience. It may be different from yours. My brother has 24- hour care. I feel they do not care about their clients. The only thing they care about is billing. Staff brought my brother the flu, he was in a car wreck the first day a new DSW worked with him, someone had bed bugs and allegedly brought them to his home, they were only in his couch (where staff slept) none were in his room. Staff did not interact with him. He stayed in his room while staff stayed in the living room. There were several different staff assigned to his home without my knowledge no matter how many times I asked to be notified. Staff brought their children to work, some staff had no vehicle, slept while on the clock. I only met supervisor once they don't do pop-ups and check on the staff. I visited my brother's home and he smelled when I checked him his clothes were soiled. Run as fast as you can! As I said in the beginning, this is my own personal experience with this company but I would not recommend them to anyone but Health Standards.
