It’s been horrible so far I’ve been with the company 3 weeks now and I orders haven’t been showing up for shift nor on time each weekend I’ve been with this company I haven’t switched hoping it would get better but I’ll see what happens this weekend coming up if it’s the same I’m going to have to drop the company

Absolutely love working with this company. The ladies in the office are very helpful and knowledgeable about this field of work. It’s decent pay and great hours.

The Caregiver was great. We gained a wonderful friendship together. We always acted like blood sisters like Thelma n Louise 🙄, lol. The Company on the other hand was a different story. I was never informed that there was a Company buyout until months later. It's as if the Company poped up over night. They were not concerned with my care whenever my care giver was on vacation or had to be out. I had ONE visit from the office staff throughout their existence last year 2024. After my Caregiver gave her notice, I changed companies. Only then did I get any attention from them. They sent a Caregiver to my home without my approval and called several times trying to send caregivers out. Only after I discontinued their service was when they showed interest in me. There needs to be a great deal of training there.
