I would highly recommend Better Solution to anyone. They have helped me and my family through the process of my daughter being diagnosed with alzheimer's. The people that work in the office has been helpful with any questions that I have and has always returned all my calls.I highly recommend to any family in need.

You guys try your best to stay up with your clients to make sure you have someone to fill in if you have advanced notice from your care giver and you make sure that you contact the client and let them know what is going on. I honestly can say that none of the other companies that I have been with didn't do any of that for their clients. Ican say that you guys go up and beyond the other companies.

My mom has dementia and she loves Rachel Cochran. Racheal makes her laugh during the day and makes her feel like everything she says is ok and is great at redirecting her on everything. I know when she is with my mom that she is well taken care of. We are blessed to have such a great caregiver for my Mom when we can’t be with her. We tell Racheal all the time she is just like part of our family. 😊
