If you value your time or have any self respect, do not come here. Go get your finger prints done in the Sartell location. The person who runs this location should be ashamed of themselves for lack of even the tiniest shred of professionalism. I've already filed a compliant to the agency that uses them as a referral. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

If your sign says you open at 9 be here at 9. We went to another location yesterday. It said online that it closed at 5 we got there after a 45 minute drive to find out it was closed at 4. Then today we show up at 9 and no one is here.... been here 30 minutes. Who knows how much longer it’ll be

This place is a dump! It opened at 9am but no one showed up until 9:23. It is unprofessional! There is another finger printing place in Sartell, make the drive and go there. You will feel much safer and confident in giving someone your personal information.
