The caregivers are very kind and attentive. They make sure you're comfortable and address any concerns I may have. They help me make my appointments and arrange transportation for me. It is a very clean environment and the food is excellent.<br>UPDATE: I have been here for several months now and wanted to update my review. The administrator and caregivers are amazing people. They have coordinated so many appointments for me and helped me improve my life so much. Marian has coordinated with my doctors and physical therapy to express my needs and limitations and I was finally able to get my custom leg brace. They are such kind people and treat everyone like we are their own family members. I don't know how I was so blessed to meet Marian, her family, and wonderful caregivers, but I am beyond grateful for what they have helped me achieve.

My brother who has dementia has been living there for about 2 years now, I am so happy and impressed with his care! Marian is an excellent caregiver, she treats everyone like family, she genuinely cares for each resident. The house has a cheerful atmosphere, Marian communicates very well with the family regarding needs or concerns. The price is very reasonable, we did a lot of checking around. I highly recommend West Care Manor!

My sister-in-law has been taken care of for the past year and a half with excellent caregiving, a beautiful, clean and safe environment with outdoor seating, and delicious food. Her brother and I have been extremely grateful. The staff are caring, kind and empathetic to her needs as well as to understanding her personality. We found the best placement for her care! We highly recommend this placement for your loved one's care.

I can say that the staff is amazing. The property is super clean. The food is wonderful. The accommodations are A+. The level of care is outstanding. But I won't say that. Let your loved one and your family realize all those things on day one. What my family and I can say is that Marian, Angela, Ray and the entire staff that took care of my father did so like he was the only person there. They have an environment that fosters the feeling of family for your loved one and for the other residents in their care. They watched over him and catered to him like a 5 Star Resort while maintaining the feel of a home filled with love. His room was wonderful and he loved the back yard where he would sit with other residents enjoying the day. The "common area" attached to the kitchen was never void of people to chat with or watch tv together. Being attached to the kitchen made it less a "common area" and what it really is, the family room. The dinette / kitchen hosts meals in a family style setting where the residents can socialize and enjoy the company of each other and the staff. Dad told us daily how great the food tasted and how everyone treated him so lovingly. Almost daily we were in contact via texts with Marian giving us updates even though our family visited every day as well. Our entire family knew what activities dad participated in, what he ate and how is health was doing thanks to the amazing communication.<br>My family and I will forever be grateful to Marian, Angela, Ray and all for the love and support they gave to my dad and the comfort they gave to myself and my family.
