I am extremely disappointed with the conditions at this place. The facility is disgusting, with numerous infestations of bed bugs and roaches. The overall cleanliness is severely lacking, and the entire place smells like urine. To make matters worse, residents are allowed to smoke inside the building, further degrading the living environment. I strongly advise against considering this facility for your loved ones.

This facility is the worse. Personnel is nice. But I regret putting my loved one there. It’s not clean and have bugs. It’s depressing. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and care.

I am one with the bed bugs. They know better then to bite me cuz ill bite them back. And roaches arent a big deal. I just let them eat off my plate and then they are cool with me. They dont bug me, i wont debug them.

At first people were kind but once you get to see how things work due to the owners rules she'd rather not pay employee's there worth instead she overworks them at times there isnt enough staff. Also there has bed bugs and roaches infestations and there still is even after spaying and why you ask because, she does'nt want ti spend money. The owner just want to collect everyones social secerity check. I would not send my dog there. Truth be told amen.

Absolutely terrible place to send your loved ones . The staff to begin with is extremely unprofessional and rude , with the exception of 1 or 2 people . There has been a bed bug problem , leakes in the roof , and air conditioners don’t work properly during the summer. Patients can be heard yelling for help for minutes without assistance. A lot of call bells do not work . I don’t understand why they have cameras if they don’t do what they’re supposed to and help . Everything is about politics and about if they will “pass CMS survey “ . They act proper in front of CMS but behind closed doors it’s a total different story . The owner is even more rude NAIRA KOSTADYA , you will not be able to get things resolved with her .please stay away from this place
