One bad egg does not spoil the whole dozen, but it can leave a foul odor or taste. The office manager here for 1 Amazing is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I was not notified if my aid would be late, much less not coming. On several occasions I had to call and ask if I was going to get service. The first aide I had was a mess. She shook my rugs in the middle of the floor, washed a few dishes by putting the soap on each stick of silverware and soap in each glass without using the drain basket. I sent her on her way, I was in tears because she was going to mop my floor and not sweep first. I refused to sign her time sheets so the company says she has not been here before.? I don't get that. Another aide showed up 15-30 minutes late an left 15-30 minutes early most every time. Her time sheets were never completely filled out when I was ask to sign. This was her side job and she was tired and complained about everything. I gave 2 star rating because of the one aide I had who was on time, caught on fast of how I liked things done. She was so nice. When she took sick, I was not notified. I had to call the office manager - and guess who they sent to fill in.? I was also told by office manager that she did not have to send the same aide each time, that it was written no where to do that.. When I wanted to file a formal complaint, I was informed that all complaints had to go through her, and what she said - goes. There wasn't any one above her. The ending of all this came when I was planning to move and the office manager terminated me a week early because she 'misunderstood' the instructions given by my case manager. I've gone above her and reached out to the owner, and he responded. He was very sympathetic and apologetic, but bottom line is I have no help for the remaining time in this town. The office managers, nurse's as well as the aids are representing the company name. I hope this man can sort things out and get to the bottom of it. I'm only one person. I don't believe I have ever felt this poorly of any service I have received, anywhere. Maybe you will have a better experience, so all I can say is good luck with them.
