Describe the care, the building and the people as you found them. We do not publish the names of individual staff members, or private medical details about a resident such as a diagnosis; the kind of care they receive is fine to mention.

I am not employed by this community, have no financial interest in it, and this review is my own honest experience.

Reviews are confirmed by email and checked by our team before publishing. Apart from removing the names of individual staff members and private medical details about residents, each shown in place as [name removed] or [detail removed], we never change your words, and communities cannot pay to remove honest reviews. Please describe the care rather than the diagnosis.
