Wyoming Retirement Center

Wyoming Retirement Center provides skilled nursing care in Basin, Wyoming, serving residents with mental health, dementia, and medical needs. The facility aims to stabilize residents and help them reach their highest functional level, offering long-term care, convalescent care, and respite care services.

The center is located on 47 acres at the western base of the Big Horn Mountains, positioned 30 miles north of Worland on US Highway 20 and 10 miles south of Greybull, near the Big Horn River. The facility is certified by Medicare and Wyoming Medicaid and is part of the Wyoming Department of Health's Aging Division.

Care services include 24-hour nursing, regularly scheduled physician visits, and available physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help residents regain or maintain independence and support health recovery. The center's goal is to provide a high quality of life and care for each resident.

Community groups, churches, and individual volunteers provide services to support residents at the facility.
