I moved into the Harvard Yard Apartments about a couple months back and when I tell you the service has been remarkable. It only took 29 days to process me in from application to turn key. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of my concerns and thoughts. I Love living here so I recommend the Harvard Yard to everyone. Thanks Carlos and Ebony

I came in last week to get an application. Ebony was at lunch at the time, but I was greeted very kindly and offered to wait in the community room on the couch so I could be more comfortable. Edgar from security was also very welcoming and helpful, which immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. Once Ebony returned, she was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. When she showed me the unit, she was delightful and welcoming throughout the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was already loving the environment and truly hoping I’ll be able to move in.

I came to Harbor Yard a couple of times recently once to pick up an application for my grandpa and then again to return it. The security guard, Edgar, was very polite both times and greeted everyone who came in with a friendly attitude. He really made the place feel safe and welcoming. Eboni helped me out by giving me the application and was super nice! She answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. Another thing I noticed is that the reception and entrance area smell really, really good, which shows that they maintain and keep the building clean for their tenants. That’s something very important to me knowing my grandpa would live in a clean, well cared for environment. Overall, this building looks like a great place to move into. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional.
