My aunt was discharged from Memorial West hospital. Other agencies couldn’t provide us with a nurse. I was recommended this company and they helped so much. They actually care for their patients, they were a blessing to our family.

I can’t say enough good things about this team! Dora, the case manager who helped us out, was a total lifesaver. My family was dealing with a really complicated situation, and she guided us through it all with so much care and patience. She made sure we knew exactly what was going on at every step and never made us feel like just another case. Thanks to her, we got the support we needed and felt genuinely cared for the whole time. Seriously, if you need help, this is the team you want in your corner!

My grandmother needed care after her knee surgery. This company did a great job of caring for my grandma and I felt safe and comfortable with the aide that cared for her during her recovery. Will continue to recommend this agency and have them again for any future procedures that my family has!

This Agency promotes abuse of its clients and sides with any HHA that they employ! My grandmother was neglected by her HHA who never changed her bed sheets, cleaned her room, washed her clothes, changed her clothes and when she asked why she didn't she said it was not her job. not only do we have the proof on our in home camera. The manager MAX proceeded to retaliate and didn't sent any HHA the following Monday because the HHA that they sent reported us and resigned from the job prior to use calling the agency. She said we asked her to get on a latter and clean the roof, cook for the whole house, wash everybody clothes etc. We are grown working adults who are not home during the day to request anything from these HHA. Not only that she video recorded my grandmother and sent it to a person Whatapps chat that was outside of work which is a violation of HIPPA which will be reported. If you love your loved ones think twice about this agency!

I had surgery on my knee and needed a nurse to check my staples and dressing changes. The staff was wonderfull. Every week someone from the office called to check on me. Which I thought was the nicest thing to do. I am looking forward to be able to therapy with them. I will use and recommend them to everyone I know. I greatly appreciate how professional, knowledgeable and kind they are.
