Terrible place with terrible treatment towards the patients that live there. This facility should be shut down for the way they neglect people in their care. Go ANYWHERE else.

My mom Jean Taylor is in Grace Living Center in Woodward. These ladies have gone above and beyond to take excellent care of my mother. They are very kind to her and check on her to make sure she has what she needs. The nurses, the CNA's and even the maintenance crew are very helpful. Thank you all for making my mom feel welcome and safe.

The amount of money the residents pay to stay in this nursing home you would think they could do some upkeep and make updates like paint rooms and get some workers that would smile and greet you and be happy to help you when you go find your in law a few visits setting naked and setting in pee and freezing . It’s so upsetting to see them like that :(. The trash cans was all full! That place needs to be cleaned top to bottom!!
