It is truly rare to come across an administrator who leads with such compassion, professionalism, and dedication. This facility is not only beautifully maintained and well-managed, but it also genuinely feels like a place where people are valued and cared for. Kathleen Mitchell goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are treated with dignity, kindness, and respect every single day.

I had major abdominal surgery and came here for rehab. The staff was fantastic. Physical therapy was excellent, they genuinely care about the people they are trying to help. I'm home now but I won't forget them. If you need help recovering, this is the place.

Went to Woodville Health & Rehab for PT. I was there for three days and patient care is nonexistent. Therapy was fine. The aides and nurses do not communicate with each other and have an attitude. I could not put any weight on my left leg so needed assistance. When I could get someone to come to the room, they would say they needed to get a nurse. Nobody ever came. There are several nurses that were fine Rebecca, Ruby, Selina, Pat . These younger adults only want a paycheck and not put in the effort. I finally told them I was leaving and then all of a sudden I received attention. I still came home. Several of the ones stuck in rehab told me it was terrible there. The food is awful. They say they are giving you a dinner roll but it is only a slice of white bread. I had requested only juice and water for meals which I never got until I was leaving. Amazing how that happened. Please do not use this facility. You will regret it. Kay Katzen

We are so appreciative of the wonderful care our mother received while in rehab at Woodville Health and Rehab. Cindy Tidwell and Torin Hickman were absolutely amazing! We ordered the exercise equipment to continue therapy at home and she's doing great! There were so many caring and helpful people at the center: Ali Harvey, Amy (CNA) Grace, Quita Walker, Angela Barlow, Madison Bowen, Nicole Lockhart, Selina Oates, Amy Carter, Jessica Johnson, Linda Parker, and so many more that were so wonderful. We were blessed to share a room with Mrs. Gladys Shettles....she is so precious. Thank you for the wonderful work you are doing. We are thankful for all your care.
