What a pleasure and relief it was to be able to help get my friend over to this caring facility. He had been previously in another nursing home for 21 days for rehab and what happened to him there will take months to recover from. Since Wilkie has been at Woodhaven he has gained over ten pounds, gotten stronger and is mentally returning to his old self. All the staff and personnel are efficient, caring and enthusiastic. Just a night and day different experience.

I went to Woodhaven for rehab after surgery. When I got there they of course took my vitals. They were not happy with the results and things started to move pretty fast. I was very dehydrated and was given IV fluids. They ran a few tests and found that I needed a blood transfusion. I was taken to the hospital the next day and was given 2 units of blood. After they got me back into shape I was given physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy to help with short term memory. I was treated very well. There was a covid outbreak while I was there and the way they handled it was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the food. It was mediocre. Some of it was good such as the spaghetti, then some of it such as the hotdogs were not fit to eat. Most of the lunches were decent but a little bland.

Our family could not be happier with Woodhaven. They treat you like family. Excellent care. A very active facility with supportive community. We have had several family members become residents or complete rehab at Woodhaven!

Horrible nursing home. The other day, I saw one of the employees laughing at one of the residents in a mocking fashion. The administration is lackluster at best and they have a very rude and condescending worker there that goes by the name of Lisa (?) that really rubbed me the wrong way. All I was trying to do was bring my aunt a vase of flowers and she told me today was not a good day for that with no explanation. She needs to be fired. I wish I could remember the name of the person that was laughing at one of the residents as I find that as emotionally damaging (at least to me).
