Christine H the Marketing and Sales Director is absolutely wonderful to work with! It took months for things to work out for my mom and the entire time Christine was there helping us in any way she could. You can tell she truly cares for the welfare of the residents and I absolutely enjoyed her help! The facility is really nice too, my mom likes her new place.

My mother lived her last three years at The Estates and The Health Care Center where she died in 2008. I visited her nearly every day and got to know most of the staff who created the caring vibe that meant a lot to both of us. Fast forward seventeen years to 2025 when my out-of-state sister needed an independent-living apartment. We started with Woodbury Villa and looked no further. There were two units available and both were serious candidates. I remember smooth-sailing with then admissions-director “Joel” in 2005. The second time around with “Christine” couldn’t have gone better. She really worked hard to make it easy for us. Her strong can-do attitude was especially helpful for some of the complexities of my sister moving in from out of state. My sister has now been in her new Villa apartment for three months and she really loves it. She watches the activities calendar like a hawk and is happy with the convenience of two meals per day. I visit almost every day and can vouch for the relaxed, caring, respectful, supportive atmosphere that is just what my sister needed.

Highly recommend this place. From the moment I started the process with them. Christine the admission director was amazing. You can truly tell she cares and was so amazing. Speedy follow up. Ease of the process and her communication was stellar.

I was in the TCU for almost two months. When I first arrived I could not walk. With the help of physical and occupational therapy I would not be home right now. Everyone from the nurses, the aids and the therapist were very knowable and friendly. They treat you with respect. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs therapy.
