Do NOT send your loved one here! This place is not safe and they neglect patients.

Today I went to settle any amounts owed and to receive the remaining balance for my uncle. I didn't get any sympathy whatsoever from accounting lady Roberta Farris, she was plain rude with the tone of her voice, she didn't give full attention to me instead she gave attention to another worker while she was still working with me. I suggest tell her to put a fake smile if she has too especially when someone is still grieving for lost of love one. She made our interaction very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. She needs to be re-trained in her customer service or be relieved of her duties.

Do not recommend this place. My in-laws are treated unfairly and no respect for my father in law. All his clothes are gone and his not happy. Both feet are swelled up.

My mom was there and what seemed like a great place for her wasn’t. We got to do FaceTime for those of us unable to visit but all that changed after we lost her to COVID-19. On the day she went to the hospital I called in the morning and was told she was fine by the charge nurse and not even two hours later I was told she was in the hospital, by six that evening she was placed on comfort care. Afterwards my family picked up her belongings and her jewelry was missing to this day it has never been returned. I personally would not refer anyone to this facility. Staff including the Director really showed themselves during this time.
