My step dad was a patient at this facility during his transition. While in the care of this facility the nurses were very attentive to not only his needs but made sure the family had everything we needed. During my dad’s transition all the staff were great but one in particular stood out from the rest. Her name was Brandie Jones. She was very consoling during my time of bereavement. Even days after my family was still talking about the sweet nurse Brandie. There was another person (Kelly I believe) that allowed my family into the activities room where they provided us with coffee tea and snacks. I just want to shine a little light on this facility. They really made a positive impact on how I view these type of facilities and I will definitely refer others in need.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding care care that my mother has received since she was discharged from the hospital after a massive stroke to Windsor - Solano Post Acute over 4 years ago.<br>I have to acknowledge all of the dedicated Healthcare professionals, from the greeter at the front desk, the support staff, physical therapy department, the housekeeping team, the cooks & of course the nurses & CNA's. Everyone has made the transition from the hospital to a skilled nursing facility a very seamless process. My Mom has personalized care for her medication management & health monitoring to her daily needs of meals, grooming & activities.<br>Thank you all for your tireless efforts & ensuring that my mom's environment is safe, pleasant & as stress free as possible. My family is very fortunate to have such a phenomenal facility in our community.

My mom has been a resident at Solano County Post Acute Care for the last three years. She came there following a debilitating stroke. She received speech and physical therapy and continues to receive exceptional care . My sister visits with her every day and I try to get there once a month. My mom is always clean, well fed and attended to. She eats well and has outstanding relations with the staff. The nurses come by regularly and check vitals and dispense medications. They'll even check my blood pressure if they're not too busy! I'd especially like to commend Maria whose been there the entire time. She was assigned to my mom for a time but wherever she is she makes sure my mom and family receive outstanding care. Live the family atmosphere and live coloring and singing in the Kelly room.
