My relative has been a resident in this facility for more than three years. I am happy to say that the home is kept clean, but I am sad to say that the staffing is barely adequate. The employees work hard, and I feel confident in saying, are underpaid. Training could be improved but that cuts down on the profit margin. Unfortunately, the food served is a major issue. Serving decent food does not seem to be a priority for the individuals who own the facility. In talking to the food supplier for the home, the individual said that what I described as regular fare sounded like prison food. Despite contacting the state about having food provided that is palatable and wholesome, minor and inconsistent changes have been seen. Again, the profit margin seems to be more important than the residents' needs.
