My family member was recently there and received excellent care! Every staff member interacted with kindness. Everyone is busy but always kind and concerned and considerate. The therapy team is attentive and works hard to help patients to rehabilitate. The administrative team is spot on and involved! You can reach out to the director of nursing day or night. This team cares about your family!!!

Wonderful Caring staff that always goes above and beyond. Activities director that is so involved you can really see the joy when you walk into the building. This building has come a long way! The DON is so knowledgeable and approachable. It really makes you feel welcome. Their therapy department is another level of greatness! My family volunteers here and they always have such a great time.

My mother has been at Winchester since August 2025 and from the first day, the staff has been warm and welcoming. Therapy is excellent; the aides are caring while they provide quality care; and leadership is responsive. Thank you so much for loving and caring for our mother. We are happy to also see improvements being made to the building

This is a good place to put your parents if you don't like your parents. There are some older staff that are nice, but the younger staff are neglectful. They only shower twice a week, they mostly sit alone in their room all day, and they do not have opportunities to socialize.
