My dad needed a personal care home after a really bad fall in November of 2025. I was given the opportunity to tour this place and immediately knew this is where my dad needed to be. From the moment we got there the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. This was a very hard transition for us with my dad going from independently living on his own to needing assisted living care but the staff here has been great with helping us through that. As a family member I get to come and go as I please, and I can talk with the owner and staff at any time. The owner encourages feedback and is willing to make the changes necessary to keep family members safe and happy. I couldn’t imagine having my dad at any other place and all of the staff members are extremely friendly, polite, and respectful of the residence.

I appreciate the care my Dad has received at this facility. The staff here at Willows is excellent and knows what they are doing. They are attentive and personable, alert and conscientious. The facility is open and comfortable and it is managed well. The small group atmosphere is just right. It is a quality peaceful place to be.

My mother of 101 years, received exceptional and excellent care in this facility. All the staff, and I mean all the staff was exceptionally caring, attentive, welcoming, listened, positive and concerned for providing the best for my mother. Never was my mother ignored, found uncomfortable or in need of hygenic cleaning. The place is bright and clean (including no covered up urine smells) and is a well thought out designed facility. A special thanks to Heidi for helping the family psychologically with our mother's is transitioning. Keep up the good work.

Very happy with my experience at Willows. They focus 100% on the resident. Personalized attention, by understanding each resident needs and personality. The facility is clean and inviting, you can visit any time you want and I observed consistency in the care, plenty of staff members, all experienced and kind. The owner truly believes in her mission to care for people as if they’re her own family. This is a jewel not easy to find. I spent years looking for places for my mom who now is at the latest stages of Alzheimer’s disease and this is the only place where I felt comfortable leaving her and I have peace of mind when I go home. In fact she’s doing better here than at home with me (her only child) and the reason I believe is related to the program here keeping them engaged in daily activities, a balanced diet, all food it prepared at the facility and the warmth and familiar environment.
