My grandma was put here after a hospital stay, and Willowbrook has been nothing but the best! The care has been excellent. The facility and rooms are very clean. The food is always great. The administrator and management team is very helpful and kind. All of the staff I have met are very friendly and informative. The activities they have for their residents are very thought out and nice. I recommend Willowbrook to anyone who is looking for a caring facility!

This is the best facility I found in this area for my mom! The rooms are very clean. The staff at Willowbrook are very friendly! Management is very reassuring, informative, and kind. They have great activities, including outings and social events. This is an excellent place for loved ones!

My father in law spent 3 weeks here after a fall and I visited almost every other day during that time period. I found the entire staff friendly, respectful, and attentive, always willing to answer my questions. The facility was spotless and odorless which was impressive given previous experiences at other facilities. The therapy team worked towards his goal of returning home and communicated with us several times during his stay. Willowbrook Rehab did more than meet the mark, and should we have a need, our family would have no hesitation using their services again.

First off - I have to call them out - 5 stars? No. Thats a load of crap. Many of the 5 star reviews are from their own employees. Or from otherwise associated people. Shame on them for inflating their score like this and misleading people. And yes, i can prove what i am saying is true. Why does Google allow this? As for my review - i thought every one was so nice. But nice doesn't equal caring. And now i have to live with the regret of choosing them to care for my mom every day for the rest of my life. I don't even want to give them one star but its the only way I can post.
