I was not impressed with Willow Pass Healthcare Center when I first arrived. I had just spent eight days at Kaiser, where I received outstanding care. So, when I arrived at Willow Pass, I was surprised by how old the facility looked. However, it didn’t take long for my opinion to completely change. I quickly fell in love with the staff, the physical therapy team, and how clean the facility was. Everyone was kind, encouraging, and genuinely wanted the best for me. Within just a few days, my entire mindset had changed. I was there for 15 days. While I looked forward to going home because I missed my husband and my dog, I was also a little nervous about how much care I would need once I got there. Thanks to the skills, confidence, and encouragement the physical and occupational therapy teams gave me, I felt prepared to be as independent as possible. They made my transition home a smooth and successful one. I especially want to thank Cassie, Chelsea, Kelsey, and the rest of the PT and OT staff. Your compassion, patience, and dedication made such a positive difference in my recovery. I will always be grateful for the care and support you gave me.

My biggest fear has always been spending time in a nursing facility. That all went away when I had to spend the past 21/2 months at this facility! I could not have asked for a better group of Nurses, Physical Therapists, Wound Care Therapists or CNA's. As a matter of fact the entire staff gets an A1 - 5 Star rating from me! Thank you for all your help! I will never forget any of you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this center. My dad has been here for both physical and occupational therapy, and the progress he has made is incredible. The entire rehabilitation team is not only highly skilled and professional, but they also treat patients with deep empathy, patience, and respect. They turned a challenging recovery process into a positive, motivating experience for him. We are so grateful for the care, encouragement, and support they’ve given our family. If you or a loved one needs rehab, this is the place to go!

After my mom’s knee replacement surgery, she unfortunately fell in the hospital and was unable to walk. We had no choice but to place her in a rehab facility, and choosing this one was the best decision we could have made. Every single staff member has been kind, patient, caring, and truly dedicated. They work incredibly hard and always treat my mom with dignity and respect. The level of care has been outstanding. The physical therapy team is amazing—very professional, encouraging, and attentive. Thanks to them, my mom has made great progress in her recovery. The staff also does an excellent job with daily care: helping with showers, keeping the bed clean, and changing gowns frequently, making sure patients are always comfortable. During a very stressful time for our family, this facility gave us peace of mind. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend this rehab center.

My mom recently had a Knee replacement/ Femur fracture surgery and was sent to this facility for her rehab. This place was absolutely amazing with great staff who helped her get back on her feet moving around in NO TIME and treated her with so much compassion and comfort during her stay while she was healing. Thanks again for taking care of my mom Team Willow Pass!! Highly reccomend 10/10
