I am a patient here. Adrian was my first CNA here. He always smiles and makes you feel at home. He always makes my day. I've had wonderful interactions with Gigi, Jose, JC Breanna, and Diana C. The CNA team here at Whittier Hills is resounding and dependable. Thank you for your help thru my wellness journey.

My dad was here for rehabilitation and recovery after being discharged from the hospital following a fall that fractured his pelvis in several places. The staff (nursing, physical therapy, and case workers) were very helpful and attentive. My mom was here with him daily, and they explained everything to her, especially Nurse Shirley. My dad enjoyed the food and said it was quite tasty. I handled things by phone from a distance, and Sara was absolutely wonderful in coordinating, answering my questions, and keeping me informed of everything! I could tell she truly cared about my dad's health and made sure he received quality care. She and Art worked closely with me to make sure his transition home was as smooth as possible. My dad's trips to dialysis were arranged as well (although insurance stopped paying for the transportation, and that became an out of pocket expense). I would definitely recommend Whittier Hills Healthcare Center, and will return in the future if the need arises.

I cannot say enough great things about Whittier Hills Healthcare. They took such amazing care of my mother during her stay. From the moment she arrived the entire team were attentive, kind and treated her like family. The rehab team was impressive, providing personalized therapy that significantly improve her ability yo walk again. The facility is clean, welcoming and the entire team went above and beyond to make my mothers stay a great experience. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a safe, loving environment for a loved one!

I came here for clinicals for my program and it was such a great experience! The patients there were all wonderful and the environment was extremely welcoming which was perfect for learning. The nurses there were just as great! Aliyana, Sherley, Aline, Jackie just to name a few. All of them were great mentors which taught me the necessary skills to be a competent nurse. Kind, patient, and knowledgeable nurses! And they all treat their patients with such care which inspires me to become a nurse like them one day!

My family had a very good experience with Whittier Hills Healthcare Center. The staff treated our loved one with kindness and patience, and that meant a lot to us. Nurses and caregivers checked in often and made sure needs were handled quickly. The facility was clean and well kept. Every time we visited, the rooms and common areas looked organized and comfortable. It gave us peace of mind knowing our loved one was staying in a place that cared about the environment and daily routines. Communication with the staff was also clear. When we had questions, someone took the time to explain what was going on and what the next steps were. That helped our family feel involved and informed. Thank you to the nurses, therapists, and support staff who work hard every day. Your care and attention made a difference for our family. We appreciate everything you did.
