My husband is in Whitewater Health now & has been for 3 months. He has received excellent care. Very friendly staff. Very clean facility. They have went above & beyond helping, not only my husband but all of the residents, stay safe & comfortable. My heartfelt appreciation goes out to the entire staff.

I am here right now! Avoid coming here if you can go elsewhere. Nursing staff is very helpful, and Dietary is willing to work with you, BUT don't ask Allison in Administration for comfort!!!! You won't get it. What do I mean? I have a roommate that plays the TV all day/night long, loudly. I get up early for dialysis treatment 3x a week. I need rest. I requested a quieter room, and was told that there wasn't any available. Are all these patients out of their own pockets? Or is Medicare paying their bills. Is Whitewater Nursing Facility privately funded or government subsidized??? How is it that there are single people in a supposed to be double occupied rooms?? How is that?!??? Are they all privately paid for and occupied? I can't wait to be released. Yes. Released!!
